
This hearty beef and vegetable soup is our take on a traditional family favourite. It contains slow cooked beef chunks, loads of vegetables, and to replace the usual gluten and grains from barley, we use soft buckwheat kernels. So thick and rich, it’s more like a meal.
INGREDIENTS: Water, beef bone broth, beef oyster blade, celery, tomato paste, buckwheat kernels, potatoes, carrots, onion, parsnip, turnip, leek, house-made Vegetable Stock (fresh herbs, celery, zucchini, tomato, onion, garlic, bay leaves, pink salt), salt, pepper.
