Our vegan version of the beef bolognaise is prepared with a rich, herby tomato sauce with crispy tempeh and loads of garlic and onion. The sauce is completely grain free, dairy free and gluten free.
INGREDIENTS: Roma Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini, Eggplant, Tempeh (GMO-free fermented soybeans), Mushrooms, Brown Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, house-made Vegetable Stock (fresh herbs, celery, zucchini, tomato, onion, garlic, bay leaves, himalayan or celtic sea salt), Extra Virgin Olive Oil
If you are feeding the whole family, or if you prefer to prepare your own bases (ie quinoa, steamed vegetables, etc), you can choose the ‘Sauce Only’ options for 2-3 people (700g) or 4-6 people (1400g).
