Unlike most curries on the market, our Thai Curries are made from scratch using all natural ingredients – just like a traditional thai curry. We don’t use pre-prepared shrimp paste or fish sauce, and therefore ours contain absolutely no preservatives or artificial additives. Instead, our curries have a fresh, alive flavour which you’d expect when cooking with ingredients like fresh ginger, galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime. Our Green Curry Fish is made with Ling fillets, and – although this photo is a serving suggestion only – it’s lovely when served with fresh lime & chilli.
This is a mild curry, suitable for families.
**The sauce of this dish is Paleo – however, if you’re following the paleo diet, do not select the basmati rice option!
The sauce – like all our sauces – is completely grain free, dairy free and gluten free.

If you are feeding the whole family, or if you prefer to prepare your own bases (ie quinoa, steamed vegetables, etc), you can choose the ‘Sauce Only’ options for 2-3 people (700g) or 4-6 people (1400g).
