Our new dairy-free Butter Chicken is so rich, spicy & delicious, you really wouldn’t know it contains none of the usual sugar or butter. Our house-made vegan butter gives it the authentic flavour and with coconut milk instead of dairy, it’s truly just like an authentic butter chicken (only healthier!)
This is a hotter curry than our others, so it may not be suitable for children – although the flavour can be softened by adding coconut cream.
**The sauce of this dish is Keto & Paleo – however, if you’re following these protocols, do not select the basmati rice option!
The sauce – like all our sauces – is completely grain free, dairy free and gluten free.
INGREDIENTS: Chicken Thigh Fillets, Coconut cream, Tomato passata, Coconut yoghurt, Lemon juice, Almond Milk, Coconut oil, Turmeric, Garam masala, Cumin, Fresh ginger, Garlic, Cayenne pepper, Sunflower lecithin, Apple cider vinegar, Olive oil, Psyllium husks, Tapioca, Hemp seeds, Pink Salt
If you are feeding the whole family, or if you prefer to prepare your own bases (ie quinoa, steamed vegetables, etc), you can choose the ‘Sauce Only’ options for 2-3 people (700g) or 4-6 people (1400g).
