This dish is mildly spicy as it’s a low FODMAP recipe, so contains no onion or garlic. But it’s still packed with ginger and fresh herbs for a bright and refreshing flavour. Available with your choice of 4 different bases: Two grain bases – pasta (wheat spaghetti) or brown rice, or two grain-free bases – cauliflower rice or zoodles (zucchini noodles). NB Cauliflower rice voids the low fructose factor, but it’s a very popular combination!
Our Mild Green Coconut Curry with chicken is free from white potato, corn, cane sugar, dairy or gluten.
If you are feeding the whole family, or if you prefer to prepare your own bases (ie quinoa, steamed vegetables, etc), you can choose the ‘Sauce Only’ options for 2-3 people (700g) or 4-6 people (1400g).
