Our beef bolognaise is now keto with a rich, herby tomato sauce with loads of garlic and onion. Available as individual 500g meals with your choice of 4 different bases: Two grain-style bases – konjac noodles or brown rice or two grain-free bases – cauliflower rice, blanched broccoli.
**The sauce of this dish is Keto & Paleo – however, if you’re following these protocols, do not select the brown rice option!
The sauce is completely grain free, dairy free and gluten free.
Available as individual meals on our Prepared Meals page, here we have a sauce only option – ideal for feeding the whole family or a larger group.

If you are feeding the whole family, or if you prefer to prepare your own bases (ie quinoa, steamed vegetables, etc), you can choose the ‘Sauce Only’ options for 2-3 people (700g) or 4-6 people (1400g). Bases are also available separately. See our Family Portions page for these larger options.
