Our new Keto Butter Chicken is so delicious, we wanted to make a vegan version…. so here it is! This dish has all the same ingredients as our butter chicken, but we have used baked eggplant in place of chicken thighs.
The sauce – like all our sauces – is completely grain free, dairy free and gluten free.
Available as individual meals on our Meals page, here we have a sauce only option – ideal for feeding the whole family or a larger group.
