Home Delivery

We deliver throughout Greater Melbourne on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with speedier delivery available in some cases – add a note in your order form if you need your order quickly.

As of June 2019, we now deliver throughout Regional Victoria as well – deliveries outside Greater Melbourne will be made within a week of order placement, and we’ll be in touch once orders are placed to arrange a suitable delivery day and time.

Cut off times

For Greater Melbourne, we have two different cut off times each week to ensure we can deliver to you soon after your place your order! Orders placed by midnight on Sunday will be delivered on Thursday.
Orders placed by midnight Wednesday will be delivered on Tuesday.

*If you really can’t wait that long, you can always come into our Malvern Store and pick up some meals from our fridges!

Delivery Days

Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated time frame for delivery of your order (ie between 2pm and 4pm, 4pm and 6pm, etc). While we make every effort to deliver during this time frame, we cannot guarantee timely delivery in the event of unforeseen interruptions. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products within the estimated delivery time frame and we will advise you via text message should there be any delay. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until and no later than 8pm.

Delivery Policies

Please be sure to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, unfortunately we will not be able to re-send the order to the correct address without an additional fee. Similarly, if there is no safe place to leave your products when no-one is home, they will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In these instances a fee for re-delivery will apply. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter and ensure you give us careful instructions regarding the safest pace to leave your products in the event that you are not present at the delivery address.

Please note: we recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be present during the hours of 12pm and 8pm (for home addresses) or between 10am – 5pm (for businesses), OR that you provide instructions as to where the parcel may be left safely and protected from weather and theft. A secluded verandah or entrance foyer will suffice if you approve us to leave your delivery in your absence.
